October 28th meeting
Well ladies we had a great meeting at the Bliss Day Spa, the ladies there were so hospitable I cannot wait to go back!
We welcomed a couple new ladies to the meeting and had a chance to get to know them and the places that they want to visit.
After our meeting the ladies at the Bliss Day Spa treated us to complementary chair messages, hand reflexology treatments and foot rubs After the wine and the spa treatments we were all so relaxed we decided we should have worn our PJ’s to the meeting!
We went over a couple of trips I had researched for 2011, the group is going to discuss these options at the January meeting so please try to attend we want everyone’s input when we make our choices.
The trips that we talked about are:
1.A local ladies day out.
2.Ladies spa Saturday at the Bliss Day Spa to include a couple of spa treatments, mimosas, catered lunch and good company.
3.A short wine tasting weekend in the spring, either to Temecula California or to visit some of the wineries here in Northwestern Arizona.
4.Italian Mosaics 13 day Rome to Rome comprehensive escorted tour of Italy in July or August
5.Cruise, 11 day Scandinavia & Russia, May ,June or August
6.8 Day New England Fall Colors escorted tour , October
Since all of us ladies are extremely busy over the holidays the group has decided not to hold a meeting in November or December.
Our next meeting will be Thursday January 27th; I will let you all know the location.
Since we are going to make some decisions regarding our travel for 2011 please put this date on your calendars.
At Christmas play and make good cheer, For Christmas comes but once a year. Best wishes for a prosperous New Year. See you all in January.
